Yes it was great! Kelly was very helpful! The place was very nice and roomy. Parking was included. Lots of walking in area. Also quiet area. Enjoyed ourselves!

This is by far, the best place to stay when in San Diego! The places are always clean and equipped with the very best appliances and everything you need for cooking and dining. The locations are very convenient in proximity to fine... dining, beaches, and sight seeing events. Kelly has a wonderful staff that are very friendly and helpful. Kelly goes out of her way to make sure the accommodations meet your needs! Of course, the most important staff member is Arla, Kelly's four footed side kick!! You will not be disappointed with a stay at Parc Suites!!!read more

Kelly has made me feel comfortable and at ease. I have been here since October of last year for extended stay and I have not come across any issues. She is very accommodating to her guest's needs. Additionally, she is willing to work with... you & finds simple solutions should anything arise. I am very lucky to have found this hidden gem as the location is excellent for commute to school and leisure. I highly recommend to anyone! Having been a tenant here for quite some time now, I have no negative things to say about this place! Kelly Kincaid and her team maintain the property very well and have been there for anything I've needed throughout my stay and have been... very welcoming day in and out. Being active duty military (with days away at sea) I needed a place that was close to base, clean, simple, and low maintenance on my part; this place checked every box!I would highly recommend living here to anyone!read more

What a great experience I had at Parc Suites. The amenities were so much better than any of the big brands long term stay options. The accommodations were more than I was expecting and I had everything I needed for my time in San Diego.... The location was perfect, close enough to downtown but quiet to rest and work in my suite. Would 10/10 recommend!read more

Do not pass an opportunity to stay at any of the Parc Suite rentals. They are clean, affordable, and every detail is mapped out. As a travel nurse I take my privacy and security very serious and every detail is considered and made very... easy for me. The best part is working with Kelly, she is kind and generous and extremely considerate. I will and would stay at any of these properties and would spend any money necessary for the luxury and comfort that is provided. You cannot go wrong and this is a very trusted company.read more

I want to first start by saying, if you are a frequent traveler or are an experienced hospitality manager and/or operator which I am both, I would simply say, DO NOT pass up the chance to stay with Parc Suites. Kelly (manager) was over the... top helpful the entire 6 weeks I was with her! All charges, expectations, and nuances were discussed before I even boarded my flight from the east coast. There was absolutely no surprises and the staff as a whole is completely outstanding. The shining star is Armando, he is a "do-it-all" facilities man who has an infectious personality. The place was spotless, thank you Nelly! Dottie, who works in the office, was just a wonderful soul from my first encounter on day one. I cannot say enough about my stay other than, I wish I was still there! I will definitely return!read more

We stayed for a 6 week period of time during a home renovation and we couldn't be happier with our experience at Parc Suites San Diego. We stayed in the 1.5 bedroom w/balcony. The building is a lovely Victorian. The unit we stayed in was... completely renovated and fully furnished. The appliances were high quality, and the kitchen fully stocked with all utensils, serve-ware, dinnerware etc. Oops, we need a a whisk? They had it! Need a blender? There it is! The unit has strong wifi and an extensive list of television channels. It was very comfortable.Kelly, the manager was wonderful to work with and very pleasant. She fully explained all the ins and outs of the property and unit - how to work the appliances, lighting, etc. She was very helpful offering to provide anything extra we might need, i.e. an office chair for working at home, an extra fan, an ottoman etc.The location of the property is just east of downtown San Diego. It's minutes from the Gaslamp quarter and convenient to the freeways. The view from our balcony was of the downtown skyline.We highly recommend Parc Suites for anyone looking for an extended stay property!read more

Amazing stay!! Units are very clean and up to date. They offer 24/7 support with anything you need, housekeeping staff and maintenance is very friendly and always available.

I would highly recommend Parc Suites in San Diego. My husband and I booked a long-term stay in San Diego with Parc Suites. The apartment was fabulous and looked exactly as shown on the photos. Very clean and comfortable. The staff at Parc... Suites are very friendly and helpful. Kelly is amazingly organized. We always received a prompt response to any messages directed to Parc Suites. We have already booked our next stay with them.read more

We really enjoyed this place. Nice and CLEAN.. Owner was very nice and very clear about the rules.. There was a store with in walking distance, and a ton of restaurant's just a short ride away (we used Uber bike/scooter).
